Back 001 What time is check in?
Check in is at 3:00 pm on Saturday.


Back 002 What time is check out?
Check out is 9:00 am on Saturday


Back 003 Are linens provided?
Pillows, blankets and bed spreads are included in the base rental fee.

If you would like one set of linens (bed sheets, pillow cases and one bath,hand and wash towell) per registered guest a $100.00 cleaning fee is added to the Sand Bay Lodge rental fee and a $50.00 cleaning fee is added to the cottage rental fee.

Note: Beach towels are not included.

There are several laundry facilities located nearby if you should need to laundry services.


Back 004 Do you provide firewood?
Yes, Firewood for the fire pit can be purchased on site. You will need to bring your own supplies for the grills (starter fluid and charcoal).


Back 005 Do you allow smoking in the lodge or cottages?
No, Smoking is not allowed in the Sand Bay Lodge or the Cottages. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please respect other guests when smoking in the common areas


Back 006 Do you allow pets?
No, Pets are not allowed on the Sand Bay Lodge & Cottages property.
A kennel is located 3 miles from the property and we will assist you in making arrangements for your pet.


Back 007 Do you have boat rentals?
Yes, a rowboat or a canoe may be rented for $100.00 per week (including all safety equipment).

If you need a powerboat, jetski or sailboat we will direct you to a boat rental company.


Back 008 Do you have a Concierge service?
Yes,

Owner Dan Farah will be happy to assist you with your vacation needs.


Back 009 Do you have water skiing lessons?
Yes,

Owner Dan Farah a member of the AWSA American Water Skiing Association may be contacted to arrange lessons or skiing for your group.

Back 012 Do you charge for Motohomes and RV's?
Yes,

We charge an additional $20.00 per night for Motorhomes and RV's this includes electric and water hookups.


Back 013 Do you charge for additional guests?
Yes,

We charge an additional $20.00 per night per person.
Over 6 people: Bay View Cottage and Wood View Cottage.
Over 23 people: Sandbay Lodge.


Back 014 Do you have air conditioning?


There is only air conditioning in the Bayview cottage at this time.
The Wood View cottage is built on a concrete foundation and stays very cool.
All of the cottages are located very close to Green Bay and are cooled naturally by the large body of cool water.


Back 015 Do you rent to civic, social, scouting and church groups?
Yes,

However, any group rental with primarily minor children will be required
to have at least one adult per four minors on the premises at all times.
